GEN-TIRZ (Tirzepatide) is indicated as an adjunct treatment for improving glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes, in combination with diet and regular physical activity. It may also be used in weight management protocols, under medical prescription and supervision.

Product Details

  • Presentation: Injectable solution in single-use vials for subcutaneous administration.

  • Dosage: 80mg/0.5mL, administered once weekly in a single dose, as prescribed by a physician.

  • Available strengths: 10mg/0.5mL, 15mg/0.5mL, 20mg/0.5mL, 30mg/0.5mL, 40mg/0.5mL, 60mg/0.5mL, 70mg/0.5mL, and 80mg/0.5mL.

  • Route of administration: Subcutaneous injection (abdomen, thigh, or upper arm).

  • Excipients: Sodium chloride (4.1mg), sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate (0.7mg), water for injection. Hydrochloric acid solution and/or sodium hydroxide solution may be added to adjust pH (6.5–7.5).
